Free Shakespeare in the Park
The Santa Clarita Shakespeare Festival has found a new home at Towsley Canyon Park. Free performances of William Shakespeare's THE TEMPEST directed by Mark McQuown will be featured in a brand new space right off the 5 Freeway at the “gateway” to Santa Clarita. For more than 20 years, Shakespeare has traveled throughout the Santa Clarita Valley with free performances for the community. The event is free, open to all, and suitable for the entire family. Arrive early and enjoy food, refreshments, and pre-show activities beginning at 6:30 pm. Performances begin at 8 pm. Accessible from most major freeways.
